Jeffrey H. Baum, CPA

Jeff is a managing partner of Baum & Baum, and brings over thirty years of accounting and financial services experience. He provides tax and accounting services for individuals, businesses and fiduciaries and with a specialty in personal taxation and employee compensation. He is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Jeff began his career at Deloitte in their audit area, and then spent eight years at Merrill Lynch specializing in Executive Compensation before joining Kate at Baum & Baum. Jeff has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon and a B.A. from Pennsylvania State. He is a member of the New York State Society of Public Accountants.

Zac Clark

Zac Clark is a qualified business professional with over 10 years of experience. Mr. Clark has spent the last eight years focused on his passion, substance abuse recovery where he has become a leader in the field. An experienced operator, he welcomes the opportunity to combine his passion for helping people with his business acumen. Mr. Clark currently sits on the Board of Trustees for the Caron Foundation and has helped raise considerable amounts of money for addiction treatment through his charitable efforts surrounding the NYC Marathon, which he has completed every year since 2014. Mr. Clark was also a four year athlete at York College where he pitched for the baseball team. Philadelphia sports have a deep and permanent place in his heart and he has an undying love for the music of Pearl Jam!

Dorothy Devlin

Dorothy Devlin co-founded and leads DEVLINHAIR Productions, Inc. (DH), a successful full-service communications agency that provides creative, effective Production and Learning services to corporate clients. Dorothy’s strategic and visionary approach to management and growth are key to DH’s success. She is a dynamic, result-oriented leader known as an innovator in the field of premier production and training. She is respected throughout the industry for the high standards and exceptional client services DH has sustained for decades.

DH’s superior reputation comes from its people-first approach to clients. Dorothy fosters a team approach to drive sales, organizational improvements and implementation of best practices. She sets the tone with superior interpersonal skills, handling multiple and complex issues and motivating staff to peak performances. She models the work ethic and unwavering optimism that are the hallmark of DH. Dorothy’s commitment to client service and production excellence, coupled with her incisive understanding of each client’s needs, continues to drive outstanding growth, success and longevity at DH.

Dorothy believes the growth and health of her clients’ businesses are intrinsically connected to that of DH. Dorothy also serves as the Chair of Marquis Studios, an organization that develops arts for public schools in New York City. Her love of mentoring has helped launch many young people in the communications industry.

Matthew Rinklin

Matthew Rinklin focuses on direct infrastructure investments. Prior to joining GCM Grosvenor, Mr. Rinklin served as Senior Vice President at Oaktree Capital Management, where he was responsible for originating, executing and managing infrastructure investments. In particular, Mr. Rinklin built strategic relationships for the firm and led origination of investments in the transportation sector. While at Oaktree, Mr. Rinklin executed the acquisition of a large North American solid waste business and the merger with another large waste business to create the largest privately-held solid waste services company in the United States. He led the integration of the two entities and directed the initial public offering of the merged company. Mr. Rinklin also managed Oaktree’s investment in the largest marine terminal operator in the United States, including executing follow-on acquisitions and arranging several financings. Prior to joining Oaktree, Mr. Rinklin was a Vice President at Highstar Capital, where he focused on investments in the energy, transportation and environmental services sectors. Over the course of his career, Mr. Rinklin has managed numerous investments that leveraged the benefits provided by unionized workforces, such as enhanced training, technical expertise and sound safety standards. He has also served on the boards of directors of private and public companies. Mr. Rinklin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago. He is a former quarterback for the University of Chicago where he still holds passing records. His professional accomplishments take a back seat to his dedication to helping and mentoring others whenever possible.
